Important News

Dear Patients

As you may be aware from recent news reports, We became unwell with a fever at his home on Sunday 1st March and sought help from 111 who later confirmed that he has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) and been in self-isolation since the first sign of symptoms.

We have been seeking advice and guidance from Public Health England, The Royal Free Hospital, and the NHS and wanted to let our patients know that we are taking every possible action to ensure the continued safety of you and the staff at Prime Dental . This has and will always be of the upmost importance to our practice.

The advice we have been given is that there is a small risk to those patients who have come into direct contact with us or that have visited our practice since Monday 24th February until we closed the surgery upon receiving the positive diagnosis on Wednesday 4th March.

Symptoms would typically start within approximately 5 days of coming into contact with the virus and you should stay at home and seek immediate medical advice (call NHS 111) if you feel unwell or have a fever.

Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to reply to emails and texts regarding your concerns or appointment needs, as the practice is currently closed we are not able to man our telephone lines and the mailbox becomes full after 10 messages meaning you will be unable to leave a message.

If you would like to get in contact with us please send an email or text and we will get back to you as soon as possible as we have remote access to our computer system and are monitoring emails and texts.

In the event of an urgent dental concern please contact:

Broadway Dental Studio, Flat 1 Broadway House, 36-38 The Broadway Mill Hill NW7 3LJ

020 8959 2497

We will provide further advice when our practice will reopen in accordance with the advice of Public Health England.

We appreciate that this is a very worrying time for everyone and would like to reassure you of our commitment to patient and staff safety and thank you for your continued support.
